Open letter to President George W. Bush:

Dear President Bush:

As it has come to my attention that your Middle-East Peace Plan is in jeopardy and I am receiving increasing attention from U.S. Government leaders, please allow me to submit to you that the legislation of the Great Law (You shall love your neighbor as yourself) in both Israel and Palestine is, in my humble opinion, the clear path to legitimate peace in that troubled land. Courts of law must be established to ask the question in every conflict: "Did you love your neighbor as yourself?"

This was the moral basis upon which the South African "Truth and Reconciliation Commission" was formed. And this legislation, all law being the legislation of someone's morality, will create fundamental change in not only the Middle East Government but all governments around the world.

With such laws, 'equity' (Pr. 11:1; Ps. 99-4) will reign on the affairs of all men in time, including taxation.

Most respectfully

/s/ Gene K. Chapman
