The owner of this site, James Ebert, dba Omega Gold - Internet, Austin, Texas, has Gene Chapman’s permission to set-up, maintain and promote this site and to collect contributions and donations on his behalf. Gene Chapman doesn't have the facilities to set-up and maintain a website for himself. James is providing this service for him.
Donations will be used appropriately. He really appreciates the donations he's received. Gene didn't set out doing this for money or fame - only for answers. He is hesitant about contributions and donations. We realize times are tight and we don't expect anyone to 'mortgage the farm' for Gene. And this is not a ploy for money. Judging by the email that Gene receives and from the comments he is getting from I.R.S. employees who care enough to cross the street and talk with him - this is a righteous cause and anything you can do to help further it will be appreciated. Any money left over will be directed towards spreading the word and helping other people know more about dealing with the IRS. Gene thanks you in advance for your consideration. Donations may be made on-line using the PayPal button. The PayPal page will show james@omega-gold.com as the payee. This is okay as James is using a previously setup account to receive donations for Gene Chapman. You may desire to send your donation using regular mail. Use this mailing address: As Gene doesn't have a local bank account, Money Orders work well. If you desire to use a check make it out to James will see that Gene gets the money. |
